The Leadveyor marketing site is now a fully pre-rendered multi-page site built on ViteSSG. Each page has its own title, meta description, canonical URL, and Open Graph tags baked in at build time.

  • Dedicated pages for Features, How It Works, Pricing, Contact, About, Integrations, and Changelog
  • sitemap.xml updated with all pages and lastmod dates
  • robots.txt, llms.txt, and .well-known/security.txt added
  • Per-page canonical and OG tags — no more shared template meta

Scheduled stage & weekly calendar view

Leads can now be scheduled for a future follow-up date. A new calendar view shows all scheduled leads grouped by day, with week navigation and per-user filtering.

  • Stage 60 (Scheduled) — move any lead to a future date from the detail modal
  • DatePicker with future-only selection and "Apply" confirmation
  • Weekly calendar board at /leads/scheduled with ← → week navigation
  • Leads invisible on all boards until their scheduled date arrives
  • Moving a lead out of Stage 60 automatically clears the scheduled date

Company locale settings

Companies can now configure date format, time format, and week start day. Settings are applied across the app including date pickers, lead timestamps, and the scheduled calendar.

  • Date format options: dd/MM/yyyy, MM/dd/yyyy, yyyy-MM-dd, MMM d yyyy, d MMM yyyy
  • Time format: 12-hour (hh:mm a) or 24-hour (HH:mm)
  • Week start: Monday or Sunday — applied to all calendar views
  • PrimeVue DatePicker respects locale settings via global config

Stage-based follow-up pipeline

A second kanban board organises leads by follow-up stage rather than priority. Stages are fully customisable per company — rename them to match your sales process.

  • Up to 6 customisable follow-up stages per company
  • Stage titles editable by admins (except the locked "New" stage)
  • Drag-and-drop between stages with instant backend sync
  • Stage 10 (New) is entry-only — leads can never return once they leave
  • Completing a lead asks WON or LOST (except from Stage 10 which just archives)

Define automation rules in plain language. Triggers run the moment a lead is scored and can assign, notify, route, or tag — no code required.

Duplicate lead detection & merging

Leadveyor now automatically detects when a new lead matches an existing contact and merges the data intelligently — no duplicates, full history always intact.

  • Matches by email (case-insensitive) or phone (digits-only comparison)
  • Merges contact methods, notes, name, location, and attachments — never overwrites
  • Duplicate lead marked deleted=true with a reference to the original
  • Trash view shows "View Original" banner for duplicate entries
  • beenUpdated flag set on original when new data is merged in
